Compression socks are made to apply graduated pressure to the legs. This support helps encourage healthy leg circulation and provides steady comfort throughout the day.

Graduated compression applies gentle pressure that is strongest at the ankle and gradually eases upward. This encourages healthy blood flow and helps counter the effects of gravity during long hours of sitting or standing.

Compression socks are ideal for:
• Long hours of sitting or standing
• Travel and long flights
• Desk work
• Certain occupations such as nurses, retail workers, and healthcare professionals
• Everyday circulation support
• Those who experience tired or heavy legs
• Pregnancy support (to consult your healthcare provider if unsure)

Our 15–20 mmHg compression level is suitable for most people.

However, if you have significant circulation disorders, advanced diabetes with circulation concerns, or require prescribed medical compression, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.

Compression socks are designed to feel snug, especially around the ankle and calf. They should feel supportive, not painful. If you experience numbness or significant discomfort, remove them.

- Turn the sock inside out up to the heel, place your foot in, then gently roll the sock up your leg. Avoid pulling forcefully from the top.

It's completely normal for the knit pattern or embroidered design to leave temporary indentations on your skin. They are harmless and typically fade shortly after removing the socks.
If you prefer fewer visible knit marks, choose socks with simpler knit designs, such as our Needy Essentials Collection in neutral colours, and avoid jacquard patterns.

Our socks are crafted from a blend of premium soft nylon yarns and spandex- selected specifically for durability, softness and breathability through long days and repeated wear.

Hand wash if possible.
Machine wash cold (below 40°C)
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Air dry flat.
Do not iron.

High heat can damage elastic fibres and reduce the longevity of your compression socks.

For best results, wash your socks separately in a laundry mesh bag for machine wash to help maintain their shape and performance.
Washing them together with other garments without a laundry mesh bag may cause tangling and snagging, which potentially damaging the fibres and affecting their elasticity over time.

With regular wear, it is recommended to replace your compression socks every 6 months to maintain optimal support and elasticity. The lifespan may vary depending on frequency of wear and care.

Small fibres may loosen from the fabric surface over time due to friction during wear, washing or contact with footwear. This can result in pilling or a fuzzy appearance, particularly in high-friction areas such as the bottom of the foot and heel. It does not affect the socks' performance.

You may leave the surface piling or gently trim away the loose fibres. Avoid pulling the fibres.

If you notice excessive pilling, holes or any other concerns, please contact us so we can look into the issue further.

Defects & Quality Issues

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Clear photos of the product

We'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To help you find the right fit, please refer to our Sizing Guide before placing your order.

As compression socks are considered a hygiene product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or fit preferences once the product has been worn or tried on.

If you wish to exchange for a different size or design, exchanges may be done at our events, or via a self-arranged courier.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an approved return or exchange, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

We offer three delivery options to suit your needs:

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or public holidays.

Express Delivery

Same-day delivery via GrabExpress or Lalamove
Orders placed will be delivered within 24 hours

Self Pickup

Select Self-Collection at checkout, and we'll email you within 24 hours with the pickup details. Please ensure that your email address is correct.

Please arrange to collect your order within 14 days of receiving our email. If no collection arrangements are made, your order will be refunded, subject to platform processing fees.

At this time, we ship within Singapore only. We’re exploring international shipping in the future.
