- Compression socks are made to apply graduated pressure to the legs. This support helps encourage healthy leg circulation and provides steady comfort throughout the day.

- Graduated compression applies gentle pressure that is strongest at the ankle and gradually eases upward. This encourages healthy blood flow and helps counter the effects of gravity during long hours of sitting or standing.

- Compression socks are ideal for:

• Long hours of sitting or standing
• Travel and long flights
• Desk work
• Certain occupations such as nurses, retail workers, and healthcare professionals
• Everyday circulation support
• Those who experience tired or heavy legs
• Pregnancy support (to consult your healthcare provider if unsure)

- Our 15–20 mmHg compression level is suitable for most people.

However, if you have significant circulation disorders, advanced diabetes with circulation concerns, or require prescribed medical compression, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.

- Yes. Compression socks are designed to feel snug, especially around the ankle and calf. They should feel supportive, not painful. If you experience numbness or significant discomfort, remove them.

- Turn the sock inside out up to the heel, place your foot in, then gently roll the sock up your leg. Avoid pulling forcefully from the top.

It's completely normal for the knit pattern or embroidered design to leave temporary indentations on your skin. They are harmless and typically fade shortly after removing the socks.
If you prefer fewer visible knit marks, choose socks with simpler knit designs, such as our Needy Essentials Collection in neutral colours, and avoid jacquard patterns.

• Hand wash if possible
• Machine wash cold inside the provided laundry mesh bag
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Air dry flat
• Do not iron

High heat can damage elastic fibres and reduce the longevity of the compression.

- With regular wear, it is recommended to replace your compression socks every 6–9 months to maintain optimal support and elasticity. The lifespan may vary depending on frequency of wear and care.

Defects & Quality Issues

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we'll replace or refund it—no questions asked.

As compression socks are considered a hygiene product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or fit preferences once the product has been worn or tried on.

If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, please reach out to us. We'll review each case individually and do our best to find a fair solution.

Conditions

To be eligible for any approved return or exchange, items must:

Be unwashed and in their original condition.
Include all original packaging where applicable.
Not show signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery.

Self Pickup

Prefer to collect your order yourself?

Please send us a direct message after placing your order so we can arrange a pickup date and time. Pickup details will be provided once your order is ready.
